Commercial Lines Account Administrator

We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Account Administrator for our Grand Junction CO location. This role is an in-office role M-F 8am-5pm

What We’re Looking For:

• No Insurance experience required, on the job training and education provided
• Obtain your property & casualty insurance license within the first 60 days of employment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent internal and external customer service
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyze and solve problems

What You’ll Do:

• Assist your assigned team in providing excellent customer service
• Issue certificates of insurance
• Review and deliver policy documents to our customers
• Issue auto id cards
