Commercial Lending Sercices Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate commercial loan documents.
• Book new loans into the servicing system after closing.
• Monitor required items such as insurance coverage, legal documentation, reporting, and compliance obligations.
• Manage payments and draws against the credit line.
• Monitor business key indicators and collateral.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Ability to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability.
• Prior customer service experience is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• CLOS and/or Velocity system experience preferable.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Demonstrated dependability (attendance).
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to established SLA targets and quality requirements.
