Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager Team Lead - Northwest Crossing Houston, TX

Essential Functions

• Leading and coaching a team of portfolio managers in tasks such as credit underwriting, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring.
• Analyzing financial statements, addressing industry risks, managing collateral requirements, structuring loans, and setting prices.
• Conducting relationship portfolio management, reviewing client relationships, and recommending products and services that meet clients' financial needs.
• Managing and growing client relationships through cross-selling, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of commercial lending, credit analysis, underwriting, or similar experience.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of commercial banking, credit analysis, underwriting, and lending processes.
• Ability to evaluate commercial banking loans, assess client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.
