About the role
Burr & Forman has an immediate opening for a Commercial Lending Associate located in the state of any one of the Firm's offices.
Requirements
- J.D. degree
- Membership in the applicable state Bar
- Two or more years of commercial lending experience (C&I, acquisition and fund finance)
- Substantial involvement representing regional and national lenders in secured transactions
- Experience managing complex engagements in a team environment
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong drafting, organizational and analytical skills
