Commercial Lending Assistant - San Antonio

Responsibilities

• Assisting with new and existing client needs including opening new accounts, loan requests and loan closing preparation
• Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests
• Handling wire origination, loan advances and pay downs
• Maintaining and clearing exceptions as needed
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations and policies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a banking environment
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage a demanding workload
• Proficient in using multiple internal or proprietary systems and platforms
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• A Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in Commercial Banking, Retail Banking or Deposit Origination is preferred
