Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and structure customized loan proposals based on customer needs and financial data.
- Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness to recommend suitable lending solutions.
- Monitor loan performance and manage risk effectively.
- Identify and cultivate new business relationships, expand market share, and cross-sell products.
- Engage in business development activities, including networking and industry involvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Commercial Lending, Business Development, or Credit Analysis.
- Degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of commercial lending processes, regulations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to work with computers, analyze documents, and communicate professionally.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel as needed.
