Responsibilities

  • Deliver support to a very active and growing team and Director
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative activities such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordination of travel, and expense requests
  • Assist with day-to-day operational functions such as organizing and coordinating events, trainings, programs and meetings with domestic and international visitors, participants and associations
  • Aid in preparing legal correspondence, power point presentations and templates, trackers and reports
  • Aid in supporting the Team’s strategic priorities and development activities
  • Aid in ensuring FIFA internal processes are adhered to, and complied with, from an administrative perspective
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks within given deadlines despite competing priorities
  • Aid the lead administrative team of the Legal and Compliance Division as a dedicated, supportive and helpful team member

  • Open-minded team player with an affinity for working within a variety of cultures and excellent communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism and confident demeanour
  • Able to be a good ambassador for FIFA in all manner of external facing situations, including during contract execution, external clients
  • Willingness to operate outside of comfort zone

Qualifications

  • College or Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative assistant experience or previous legal office experience

Skills

  • Native level English (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in any other FIFA language (French/Spanish) is an asset but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word / PowerPoint / Excel
  • Proficient in creating presentations
