Responsibilities
- Deliver support to a very active and growing team and Director
- Assist with day-to-day administrative activities such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordination of travel, and expense requests
- Assist with day-to-day operational functions such as organizing and coordinating events, trainings, programs and meetings with domestic and international visitors, participants and associations
- Aid in preparing legal correspondence, power point presentations and templates, trackers and reports
- Aid in supporting the Team’s strategic priorities and development activities
- Aid in ensuring FIFA internal processes are adhered to, and complied with, from an administrative perspective
- Complete assigned projects and tasks within given deadlines despite competing priorities
- Aid the lead administrative team of the Legal and Compliance Division as a dedicated, supportive and helpful team member

Qualifications
- College or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years administrative assistant experience or previous legal office experience
Skills
- Native level English (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in any other FIFA language (French/Spanish) is an asset but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word / PowerPoint / Excel
- Proficient in creating presentations
