- Build and work targeted lists of local businesses that fit our available spaces
- Run a consistent follow-up cadence so every lead has a status and a clear next step
- Owning the CRM and providing one concise weekly report covering pipeline, activity, results, and opportunities

- Are comfortable on the phone and relentless about follow-up
- Write and speak excellent English
- Have strong CRM experience and know how to build quality prospect lists
- Work independently and think like an owner, not a task-taker
- Are resourceful, move quickly, and know how to turn ideas into action
- Understand that results matter more than raw activity
Nice to Have
- Previously helped successfully market and lease commercial real estate and can bring proven lead-generation strategies, marketing channels, tools, or ideas beyond what we've already built
- Someone who already knows this game—someone who can look at our property, current strategy, and pipeline and say, "Here's what else we should be doing to generate qualified leads and signed leases."
- A doer and a problem-solver, not simply someone waiting for the next assignment
