Commercial Launch Readiness Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Cooky C2C arrangements are not accepted.
• Coordinate commercial launch-readiness activities across multiple functional teams.
• Conduct readiness assessments and identify gaps, risks, resource constraints, and outstanding decisions.
• Help prioritize launch-critical requirements versus post-launch enhancements.
• Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, and dependencies through a centralized RAIDD log.
• Prepare executive-ready weekly status reports, including project progress, risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, governance forums, and leadership updates.
• Track action items, owners, due dates, and deliverables to ensure accountability.
• Proactively identify and escalate delays, cross-functional dependencies, and potential barriers to launch.
• Partner with Analytics and Data teams to support reporting, insights, and early commercial decision-making.
• Ensure project documentation, decisions, and communications are accurate and up to date.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen project governance and launch execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
• Several years of project management, program management, or PMO experience.
• Previous experience supporting a commercial product launch.
• Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, governance, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and quickly become productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project-management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• PMP certification preferred.
