Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Install new kitchen equipment following manufacturer specifications. Provide exceptional customer service during onsite visits. Maintainaccuraterecords of services performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDrequired; technical certification preferred. Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
