Commercial Insurance Specialist

Job Summary Pay Rate: $39.84 per hour. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire. Assignment Length: 18 months. Location: McLean, VA 22102. Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week. This role supports a commercial loan insurance compliance within a Fortune 500 banking company, with a focus on insurance policy review, renewal tracking, investor guideline compliance, and servicing support. Key Responsibilities Review insurance certificates, policies, statements of values, invoices, and related documentation for compliance with investor guidelines and loan requirements. Track insurance renewals and obtain invoices, paid receipts, and evidence of insurance within required timelines. Review loan documents, appraisals, engineering reports, seismic reports, and Phase I environmental reports to determine loan-specific insurance requirements. Serve as a key point of contact for insurance questions, coverage requirements, exceptions, and investor guideline interpretation. Process insurance waivers and exceptions with appropriate supporting documentation for non-compliant insurance matters. Maintain accurate insurance data in servicing systems and support lender reporting and servicing insurance teams as needed.See the job qualifications below.
