Commercial Insurance Sales Producer - Michigan

We are seeking a highly motivated commercial producer to join our growing team. With 75+ Multi-state locations and partnerships with multiple A+ rated carriers, we offer best-in-class service and personalized business plans tailored to your needs and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with business owners through various methods including marketing, cold calling, referrals, and centers of influence.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lines Account Managers to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew existing book of business.
• Conduct needs analysis with each client to identify gaps in coverage and respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.
• Become familiar with our product offerings, services, and systems.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by adhering to our established processes.
• Contribute to individual and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and implementing new initiatives.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Entrepreneurial personality.
• Background check required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good operational computing skills, including typing at a speed of 45+ WPM using Microsoft Office Suites and Internet browsers.
• Confident self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
