Commercial Insurance Sales Associate
JOIN RIDDICK INSURANCE GROUP AS A COMMERCIAL INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER
About the role
At Riddick Insurance Group, we help business leaders protect what they’ve built, plan for what’s next, and gain peace of mind. As an independent agency, we act as advisors—not just salespeople—bringing a consultative approach that prioritizes the client’s needs. We work with multiple carriers to compare options, advocate for the right coverage, and provide an objective view of the marketplace. In this role, you’ll engage with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and controllers who seek insight, not a pitch. You’ll focus on established businesses (3+ years in operation, minimum 5 employees) across diverse industries, writing accounts typically ranging from $20K to $50K in premium. Your work will involve understanding exposures, analyzing needs, and presenting tailored solutions—guiding prospects through high-trust decisions that protect their livelihoods.
