Job Summary

EXL Risk Control is seeking self-directed independent contractors for field inspections and risk control services. This role involves conducting on-site surveys and preparing risk control reports for insurance industry clients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site surveys
• Provide risk control reports to insurance industry clients
• Evaluate businesses for Property and General Liability coverage
• Identify hazards and improve safety
• Mitigate risks for insurance company clients
• Service businesses including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments, construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• A commitment to meeting client quality and timeliness standards
• Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim, loss control, underwriting, and fire and safety
• Can refer to a 15-hour online certification option if lacking experience
