Job Description
EXL Risk Control is seeking self-directed independent contractors for field inspections and risk control services. Responsibilities include scheduling on-site surveys, providing risk control reports, managing assignments, securing customer appointments, and completing work on time. Reports cover Property and General Liability coverage, and may include recommendations for controlling and correcting potential loss-producing conditions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- A commitment to meeting client quality and timeliness standards
- Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim, loss control, underwriting, and fire and safety experience
- In lieu of experience, a 15-hour online certification option is available
- Fees are negotiable based on experience and job specifics
