Essential Functions
- Perform periodic HVAC maintenance on a variety of equipment
- Troubleshoot wiring, relay logic, control systems
- Conduct in-depth site surveys to identify mechanical and operating malfunctions within a facility
- Facilitate adequate communication among the internal team, sub-contractors, and customers
- Provide quality customer service and follow-up to customers as needed
- Interface with customers at all levels and coordinate the status of upcoming projects
Experience, Technical Skills & Attributes Required
- 5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC field experience
- Understanding of Building Management systems
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Desire to work in fast paced, multi-faceted and diverse role
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with various departments of the company
- Strong customer advocacy
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving ability
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Energetic with a high sense of urgency
- Refrigeration experience not required but encouraged
Qualifications
This position is full-time Monday - Friday.
