Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and VRF/VRV systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Work with and troubleshoot building automation and controls systems
- Accurately document service calls and materials used
- Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service response
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with project managers and fellow technicians to deliver seamless service
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (required)
- Experience working on industrial HVAC systems (preferred)
- Working knowledge of HVAC controls / building automation systems (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)

Pay
$30.00 – $55.00+ per hour (based on experience).
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (8-hour day shifts)
- On-call rotation required
- Overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Work Location
- Southeast Michigan (must be willing to travel within the region)
- Potential relocation or project-based travel to Southeast Florida as needed
