Commercial & Industrial Electrical Superintendent

Faith Technologies is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical operations on large commercial and industrial construction projects. This role oversees crews, coordinates schedules, manages subcontractors, and ensures work meets safety, quality, and code standards. The Electrical Superintendent collaborates with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan installations, resolve technical issues, and maintain project timelines and budgets. You will mentor foremen and electricians, enforce Faith's safety-first culture, and support continuous improvement while working with innovative electrical and energy solutions on complex design-build projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial projectsPlan and coordinate daily field activities, labor, and materialsEnsure all installations meet NEC, local codes, and company quality standardsDrive and enforce a safety-first culture and compliance with OSHA requirementsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain schedule and budgetInterpret blueprints, specifications, and scope documents for accurate installationMonitor productivity, track progress, and report field status and issuesMentor and develop foremen and electricians, supporting training and growthManage subcontractors and vendors on-site as requiredIdentify and resolve field conflicts, RFIs, and change conditions Required Skills Electrical construction managementNFPA 70/NEC code knowledgeBlueprint and schematic readingProject schedulingCrew supervisionCost and material trackingSafety program implementationCommercial/industrial installationsRFI and change managementCoordination with trades
