Commercial Ice Systems Field Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial ice machines across Phoenix, AZ. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair ice machine malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance checks on ice machines
• Communicate with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
• Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of experience in field service or related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
