Commercial HVACR Field Supervisor

About the role

The HVACR Field Supervisor is primarily responsible to supervise all Service and Installation Technicians and helpers. Facilitates quality/field safety inspections and completes customer service calls to job sites. Coach and train technicians on customer service, technical & mechanical knowledge, and company products and services. Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Responsibilities

• Facilitates and performs quality and safety inspections on new installations.
• Troubleshoots and resolves installation and start‑up issues.
• Provides consistent and accurate feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, and coaching to technicians.
• Partners with dispatch, sales, account management, and other necessary departments to ensure timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Plans, forecasts, and coordinates jobs.
• Communicates clear goals and expectations to technicians.
• Ensures that safety topics are incorporated into one‑to‑one coaching conversations, weekly meetings, and training sessions.
• Monitors and acts on trends involving Installation Technician callbacks and service opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of Commercial HVAC/R experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair service experience.
• Must have the ability to train others.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass an acceptable criminal background check.

Pay

$1,100‑$1,250 per week
