Pay

$38/hr and up based on experience, plus up to a $5,000 hiring bonus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain high-end HVAC systems.
• Work on chillers (scroll, screw, centrifugal), boilers, pumps, cooling towers, and more.
• Deliver top-tier service and represent the company brand with pride.
• Train and mentor up-and-coming technicians.
• Perform hands-on field work Monday-Friday (some overtime possible).

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Universal certification.
• NATE certification preferred.
• HVAC technical school certificate preferred.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and lift 50+ lbs when needed.
• Commitment to safety, service, and high-quality work.

Candidates must pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
