About the role
Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and chillers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of service calls.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Clean driving record and 3+ years driving experience.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
