Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect, test, and fine-tune equipment to prevent failures and extend system life
- Diagnose developing issues and recommend proactive solutions
- Work on a variety of equipment including RTUs, VAV systems, air handlers, split systems, and controls
- Document work clearly and accurately for both internal teams and customers
- Communicate professionally with property managers, facility teams, and coworkers
- Support service or retrofit work when needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance and service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Hands-on experience with rooftop units, VAV systems, and controls
- EPA Certification (required)
- NATE Certification (a plus)
- Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Strong communication skills and professional presence with customers
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Additional experience (10+ years) or formal HVAC training is a plus
Pay
Pay Range: $28.00 - $42.00/hour depending on experience and certifications
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Overtime available based on workload.
