Commercial HVAC Technician

About the role

Install and replace commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, ductwork, VAVs, and related equipment on new construction and retrofit projects. Read blueprints, coordinate installations, perform equipment startups, and ensure quality workmanship in commercial environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• NATE certification (preferred)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred)
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service and/or installation experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with VRF systems
• Experience with building automation systems (BAS/BMS)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, sheet metal, or commercial ductwork installation
