Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial air conditioning systems
• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Conduct thorough routine inspections to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
• Build trust through clear, professional customer communication while explaining issues and solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance
• Stay updated with industry advancements and standards

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on commercial systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods
• Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for outstanding customer service
• EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
