Key Responsibilities

• Learn the process of analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Train with senior technicians and work to become self-sufficient in performing service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
• Navigate and use smartphones to support business systems.
• Properly use all IVR systems and properly check in and out with EE dispatchers.
• Deliver and remove equipment and parts needed to complete service work.
• Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an effective manner.
• Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
• Perform maintenance on equipment, service and/or clean IAQ products, solder, weld, and perform minor field fabrication.

Requirements

• A certificate in HVAC from an accredited college or career center.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal license preferred.
• Proven mechanical aptitude.
• Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
• Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.
• The ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.

• Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
