Key Responsibilities
- Learn the process of analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns in commercial environments.
- Train with senior technicians and work to become self-sufficient in performing service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
- Navigate and use smartphones to support business systems.
- Properly use all IVR systems and properly check in and out with EE dispatchers.
- Deliver and remove equipment and parts needed to complete service work.
- Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an effective manner.
- Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
- Perform maintenance on equipment, service and/or clean IAQ products, solder, weld, and perform minor field fabrication.
Requirements
- A certificate in HVAC from an accredited college or career center.
- EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal license preferred.
- Proven mechanical aptitude.
- Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
- Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.
- The ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.

- Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
