What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct site visits and develop customized HVAC solutions.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, budgets, and bid packages.
- Cook up with operations and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage customer billing and warranty-related activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience.
- Background in HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or related service industries.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to review project documents and prepare accurate estimates.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Experience with Procore, BuildOps, or Sage Intacct is a plus.
