Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial HVAC installation opportunities.
- Possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and commercial building infrastructure.
- Sell commercial HVAC installation projects including rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, and other large mechanical systems.
- Develop customized solutions that align with customer needs and project requirements.
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for repeat business.
- Review and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and construction documents.
- Prepare project proposals, estimates, and bid packages.
- Coverage of the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution.
- Support customers throughout the bidding, proposal, and contract process.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining regular communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Experience selling rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, and large-tonnage HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and construction documents.
- Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and sales opportunities simultaneously.
