Required Qualifications & Experience
- Significant hands-on, professional experience troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration units
- Proven proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints, electrical ladders, system schematics, and utilizing advanced recovery equipment
- Strong organizational skills with a highly customer-service-oriented mindset and the capacity to manage a flexible work schedule independently
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to be insured by the company's auto policy
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of proven field experience specifically in commercial facility mechanical systems or industrial refrigeration layout
- Type 2 or universal refrigeration license and at least 3 years of dedicated refrigeration service / troubleshooting work
- Prior military service (Veterans are highly encouraged to apply!)
Compensation & Benefits
