Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Commercial HVACR Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and their components
- Familiarity with various refrigerants and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
