What Helios Needs From You

• Lead a team and manage team communication, ensuring all parties are aware of needed information
• Provide the highest level of professionalism, communication, and integrity to our customers
• Manage Supervisors, Technicians and assess training needs by selecting training programs for team members
• Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of field staff
• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle

Pay and Benefits

• The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually
• Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
