Pay

$45-$55 per hour + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities

• Directing daily operations with an emphasis on commercial and industrial HVAC installation
• Leading, coaching, and developing managers, supervisors, and field personnel
• Optimizing scheduling, staffing, and workflows to improve productivity
• Monitoring KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
• Driving communication and collaboration between departments
• Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial or industrial HVAC operations
• Extensive commercial HVAC installation knowledge and project experience
• Demonstrated success leading multiple teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong business acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Strong computer and operational systems proficiency
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and ownership
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to lead through growth and change
