Commercial Groundskeeper

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time groundskeeper to join our commercial department. The ideal candidate will be positive, independent, and possess clear communication skills. This role requires driving to multiple locations throughout the day and adapting to seasonal transitions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall condition of exterior spaces and common areas of assigned properties
• Provide good customer service when interacting with residents and coworkers
• Perform trash and debris pickup
• Monitor the condition of building exteriors and signage
• Handle breezeway housekeeping
• Remove snow and ice as needed
• Maintain flowers and trees
• Remove dog waste and cigarette butts
• Assist the Maintenance Technician with maintenance duties when possible or needed
