About the role
Nielsen Ford of Morristown is seeking a Sales Representative for their established Commercial Fleet Department. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, passionate about contributing to revenue growth, and have a strong background in sales.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell new and used vehicles.
- Develop and maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
- Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
- Maintain and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly goals.
- Be self-motivated and willing to work hard.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building and management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
- Advanced skills in customer service, communication, selling, and negotiation.
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

$800 per week plus commission.
