Commercial Finance Specialst

Position Overview

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Finance Relationship Specialist I to join our growing team.

Essential Functions

• Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures relative to lines of credit.
• Daily maintenance of credit lines.
• Review & decision order requests.
• Follow up on current inventory both sold & display.
• Follow up for payoffs, monthly interest & curtailments.
• Review inventory audit reports daily for needed action.
• Foster relationships with the manufacturers/plants.
• Manage rental portfolios when the unit on floorplan converts to Rental.
• Maintain relationships with communities through recurrent communication.
• Responsible for preparing supporting documentation for Rental portfolios.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business is preferred but not required.
• 2 years’ prior work experience in financial services industry is preferred.
• Quick learn of the proprietary computer system used to manage the accounts.
• Preparation or review ability of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products.
• Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
• Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to physically type.
