Job Description

Develop innovative solutions to deliver results to the client and drive growth while managing the risks/rewards of the enterprise. Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Leverage industry trend analysis to illuminate the decision-making process.

  • Govern a team covering all roles within the commercial finance family. This role also oversees generalists responsible for managing the operational rhythms of commercial finance, providing centralized financial reporting, productivity commercial measures, sales forecasts, and contributing to overall business growth. Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while supporting commercial/sales regional teams.
  • Build expertise within the function. Growing reputation within the organization. Includes roles as experts in their field, providing professional or enlightened leadership. Exerts influence on policy and ensures implementation within their own function, in collaboration with other organizational functions.
  • Lead, if applicable, functional or projects teams where resource needs, risks, or complexity are moderate. Present commercial solutions that align with their functional domain to leaders. Communicate complex messages and primarily negotiate internally to adopt a different perspective. Motivate peers to take action and can negotiate with external partners, suppliers, or clients.
  • Majorly influence a small commercial unit, a segment within a larger commercial unit, a branch within a function, or a result-linked sector, and control/act on budgets. This role is guided by a functional policy. This role influences some of the key topics of operational directives/policies.
  • Aid colleagues in finding creative solutions to solve complex problems that could impact the organization. Show ability to evaluate received information quality and challenge contradictory data for analysis. Call on multiple internal and external resources outside their own function to help make a decision.

Qualifications

  • • For roles outside the US - This role requires advanced experience in the function and audio digital workstation. Equivalent to a master's degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience). • For roles in the US - Master's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or associate degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience).

Relocation Assistance Provided: No

For candidates applying to a US based position, the pay range for this position is between $147,400.00 and $245,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
