COMMERCIAL FINANCE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Associate for our Columbus, Ohio office. The firm supports attorneys with structured training and mentorship, clear paths to advancement, and exposure to varied and sophisticated matters. Responsibilities

• Represent lenders in commercial finance transactions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience representing lenders in commercial finance transactions
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ohio licensure

Pay

The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates are also eligible for quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level, as well as an annual subjective bonus.
