Commercial Finance Associate

About the role

Snell & Wilmer's Dallas office seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Commercial Finance practice group.

Responsibilities

• Due diligence
• Documentation
• Negotiation
• Closing sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and/or asset backed loans

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance or related practice
• Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience will also be considered
• Excellent academic credentials
• Excellent writing skills
• Texas bar license is strongly preferred; consideration given to candidates barred in other states who will sit for the Texas bar
• Full-time, partnership-track position
