Snell & Wilmer's Salt Lake City office seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Commercial Finance practice group.
Responsibilities
- Due diligence
- Documentation
- Negotiation
- Closing sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and/or asset backed loans
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance or related practice
- Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience will also be considered
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent writing skills
- Utah bar license strongly preferred; consideration given to candidates barred in other states who will be expected to sit for the Utah bar
