It is an exporter of handmade jute, palm fiber and seagrass home products, working with 900+ artisans and supplying buyers in 20+ countries. Responsibilities - Buyer documents : Prepare PIs, maintain order files (PO, samples, specs, labels) and meet buyer labelling and compliance requirements.Export documents : Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L or AWB, Certificate of Origin (EPB/chamber, REX/GSP), EXP, fumigation and phytosanitary certificates.Packing list : Prepare carton-wise packing lists (quantity, net/gross weight, dimensions, CBM) and check packing and carton marks before stuffing.Shipment : Book freight for sea (Chattogram/ICD) and air (HSIA), coordinate C&F clearance via ASYCUDA, arrange courier samples, and send shipping advice to buyers.Payment : Check L/Cs under UCP 600, submit discrepancy-free documents to the bank, follow up TT/L/C/CAD payments, collect PRC, and file export cash incentive claims.Reporting : Keep a shipment and payment tracker and report overdue receivables monthly.
