Commercial Excellence Manager Vaccines

For our client, we are seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager Vaccines to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive commercial execution and operational excellence across vaccine brand strategy, supporting national and regional planning, performance reviews, and key business initiatives. You will partner closely with sales leadership, business operations, and analytics teams to turn data into actionable insights, strengthen omnichannel effectiveness, and keep priorities aligned across a matrixed organization. The position also requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, project leadership, and change management to help teams deliver measurable business outcomes in a dynamic environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $133,500 – $192,833 annually Responsibilities Ensure operational excellence and strategic support for product sales strategy execution Review business updates and project preparations with Regional Sales Directors and Commercial Excellence leadership Lead national and regional business planning and reviews, holding teams accountable to key priorities Collaborate with business operations and analytics to enhance insights and omnichannel strategies Analyze call activity data and conduct ad hoc analyses as necessary Develop and implement national brand and marketing strategies, including account initiatives and field tactics Drive project management for special initiatives aligned with organizational priorities Qualifications BA/BS from an accredited institution required Ability to influence a diverse, matrixed team without formal authority Experience managing multi-level operational plans or key projects Proficiency in sales and marketing strategy with a problem-solving mindset Change agent mindset with a focus on business transformation Strong strategic and analytical skills to convert complex data into actionable insights Effective communication skills with an ability to adapt to change Willingness to travel for meetings as necessary Benefits Participation in company employee benefit programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
