About the role
Responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand scope and requirements
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints and project timelines
- Review and update cost estimates based on changes in project scope
- Communicate cost analysis findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
- Experience with construction estimating software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
