The Commercial Estimator will manage, prepare, and execute complete cost estimates for a wide variety of commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of complete cost estimates, budget estimates, and hard bids for diverse commercial construction projects.
• Review and analyze project blueprints, specifications, engineering drawings, and tender documents.
• Quantify take‑offs for all labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor scopes.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal project management teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator.
• Degree is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated success and deep familiarity with the hard‑bid (lump‑sum) delivery method.
• Proven track record estimating a diverse range of commercial project types (e.g., corporate offices, institutional, municipal, retail, or industrial).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
