Commercial Enablement Manager

Equips Carenet’s client-facing teams to speak about our solutions and capabilities with confidence, clarity, and commercial savviness in front of payer, provider, and health technology & services buyers. Serves as the connective tissue between Marketing and the revenue-generating Sales and Client Success organizations — translating brand positioning, solution messaging, and campaign activity into seller-ready tools, training, and talk tracks that are actually used in live pursuits. Owns the enterprise enablement system — knowledge and asset management, learning curricula and certification, playbook adoption, and internal GTM communications — so that every person who touches a client works from the same current, approved story. Drives measurable revenue impact by accelerating specific opportunities with tailored enablement support, and by raising the bar on message consistency, seller readiness, and content adoption across the enterprise.
