Work Scope & Responsibilities
- Aid in the installation and support of commercial electrical systems on active construction projects in Raleigh, NC.
- Contribute to safe and efficient project completion by assisting with tasks such as:
- Running conduit
- Pulling wire and managing cable support
- Installing light fixtures
- Assisting with panel installation
- Use basic electrical hand tools properly and safely.
- Follow direction from journeyman electricians and site supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
- Safely work on lifts and elevated areas.
Top Helper Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Experience assisting with conduit installation, wire pulling, and fixture installation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Bring your own basic hand tools.
- PPE required (harness, lanyard, and yo-yo for elevated work) — safety gear can be provided if needed.
- Ability to safely work on lifts and at heights.
- Pass any required background checks or drug screenings.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsite.
- Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and dependability.
