How You Will Make An Impact

• Execute precise installations of commercial and industrial electrical systems according to strict specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex control systems and power distribution networks to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Adapt quickly to shifting project demands by traveling up to 20% to support critical field operations.
• Maintain rigorous job site safety by properly utilizing provided safety equipment and adhering to protocols.
• Collaborate closely with field operations teams to keep major electrical builds moving forward on schedule.
• Mentor junior team members on-site by demonstrating advanced technical layouts and proper installation methods.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the electrical trade.
• Graduation from a formal trade school or technical certification program in electrical systems.
• Proven experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Full flexibility to work night shifts or travel up to 20% based on project demands.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical blueprints, control schematics, and the National Electrical Code.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Active certifications in OSHA, Fall Protection, and Aerial Lifts.
• Specialized manufacturer training on commercial control systems or industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and modify complex automated control diagrams.
