About the Role

Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is seeking a qualified and energetic Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical projects and estimating. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring precision execution and strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management and estimating experience
  • Ability to manage commercial electrical projects valued at $1M–$10M
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
  • Commercial electrical trade experience (preferred)
  • Proficient communication with all construction team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality results
  • Manage electrical estimating from concept to bid, ensuring accuracy and competitive proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with superintendents and foremen to align schedules and resolve site issues
  • Track costs, manage procurement, and forecast timelines using project management software

Pay

$125,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year, based on experience.
