Commercial Electrical Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial electrical projects from start to completion.
• Direct and coordinate electrical crews in the field.
• Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Cook up and coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications and applicable codes.
• Manage daily jobsite activities with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while overcoming jobsite challenges.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of electrical experience preferred.
• Strong commercial electrical experience required.
• Demonstrated experience running commercial electrical jobs/projects as a lead electrician or foreman.
• Ability to lead a crew and work independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
