Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active and valid State of Texas Journeyman's License
• Proven leadership experience acting as a field foreman or crew leader on commercial electrical sites
• Demonstrated technical experience handling specialized electrical installations within medical or healthcare facilities
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and commercial construction safety workflows

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 4 or more years of field leadership experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial builds
• Completion of a formal trade school program or equivalent technical certification
• Professional verbal proficiency in both English and Spanish to optimize field crew coordination
