How You Will Make An Impact

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including JSA records, sign-in sheets, look-ahead schedules, and voltage reports.
  • Enforce jobsite safety protocols, conduct daily briefings, and execute stop-work authority when mitigating risks.
  • Oversee material staging, layout raceways, and secure tool storage to maintain site efficiency and prevent theft.
  • Review blueprints and submittals to resolve technical discrepancies proactively through the RFI process.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience
  • Drivers License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Active Journeyman Electrician license.
  • Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and commercial wiring methods.
  • Proven ability to lead crews, layout raceways, and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools including email correspondence and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 7 or more years of hands-on commercial electrical and controls field experience.
  • Formal OSHA safety, fall protection, or lift operator certifications.
